Crystal Finishing System’s Inc. recently acquired facility is a 25,000 square foot building designed to be "The State of the Art" powder coating facility. Optimum functionality and expansion went into the design of the facility.

We are located in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin in a large industrial park with direct access to interstate highways.

  • IN LINE SYSTEM Our 'Industrial Finishing Systems' in line Powder Coating System has a 3 foot x 6 foot Opening and can accept a 12 foot long part
  • OVERHEAD MONO-RAIL CONVEYOR- 4 inch
  • DRY-OFF AND CURE OVENS are Separate Gas Convection Systems
  • FIVE STAGE WASH SYSTEM Utilizing a Fremont multi metals chemistry system
  • TWO POWDER BOOTHS Roll On and Roll Off for quick powder changes. We operate a Wagner CyMod and Nordson Cartridge Booth
  • POWDER GUNS – Consist of Wagner Automatic and Manual Guns
